It appears that the Image Bank is not communicating through the hub with the Dell XPS portable workstation. The USB hub model is Newer Tech Voyager Q. It is an external hard disk USB device for disk drives and a USB Mass Storage device, using the universal serial bus controller. Because I am using a portable work station, I cannot use 1394 cards.
